After downloaded files, Put this BAT file into the folder and
"Double Click" you will see that all .htm files become RAR Files

Apply this,
Enter My Document/ Tools/ Folder Options/View/
Remove tick "Hide file extensions for known file types" and OK
Lastly, click your file RIGHT CLICK,RENAME and DELETE .htm
you will be see they become RAR File.Don't Forget to Look My Other Sharings
